How It Works
- Order Processing: Orders received may take up to 1 day to be processed.
- Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped using our standard shipping method at no cost to you. Express delivery may be chosen at the checkout page. The delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking information.

Express Shipping Policy
At Oz Cool Auto, we understand that sometimes you need your orders faster. That’s why we offer an Express Shipping option to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible. Our Express orders will be prioritised for processing and dispatch ahead of orders placed with Free Shipping or standard shipping methods.
Eligibility: Express Shipping is available for all items and destinations. Some restrictions may apply based on the product and delivery location.
Shipping Method: We use reputable carriers to provide expedited delivery. Express Shipping typically ensures delivery within 1-2 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: The cost for Express Shipping is $15-$35 depending on your state, postcode and item ordered. Small items are $15-$17 and heavy items are $25-$35. The cost is added at checkout. There is also an Insurance cost of $4.95 added at checkout.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns
Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer
Oz Cool Auto may assist customers by checking vehicle registration numbers or provide information based on suppliers website, vehicle databases, or system listings to help identify a potentially suitable air conditioning compressor or part.
Oz Cool Auto does not guarantee that any part suggested or displayed through these systems will be correct for a customer’s vehicle.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

Confirm full vehicle specifications (including engine type, VIN, build date, and part numbers where applicable);

Ensure the selected compressor or part is correct for their vehicle before placing an order; and

Verify compatibility with a qualified mechanic or AC specialist if unsure.
Oz Cool Auto will not be held liable for incorrect purchases resulting from inaccurate registration checks, database listings, customer-supplied information, or system compatibility suggestions.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they have independently confirmed suitability of the part for their vehicle.
The item purchased can be returned for a refund as long as the item is in its original packaging, not fitted and in a new, unused condition. We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item meets our requirements of not being fitted and must be in a unused, new saleable condition. Incorrectly ordered electrical components are non-returnable. Please let us know before returning a product so we can assist you with the return. This means that the part being returned should not be fitted or attempted to be fitted. Photos will be taken of all returned products and can be provided to a customer upon request. When returning please include your order number, full name, item code and contact details. Please also send us the tracking number so we can track it.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item and also pay for the return shipping. Items can be returned via Australia post or any courier the client chooses to use.
Important Points:
- There will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returns
- If the item is fitted, attempted to be fitted or damaged, no refund will be issued
- If the item has been wrongly fitted no refunds will be issued. It is the responsibility of the installer to confirm if the product fits, before installing.
Customers will be refunded into the original account or payment method that was used to purchase the item with.
