Orders placed using the Express Shipping option are prioritised for processing and dispatch ahead of orders placed using Free or Standard Shipping methods. While Oz Cool Auto endeavours to dispatch all orders promptly, processing times may vary depending on: Stock availability, order volume, courier availability and operational factors beyond our control. Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and commence once the order has been dispatched. Oz Cool Auto is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping provider. Orders received may take up to 1 day to be processed. All orders will be shipped using our standard shipping method at no cost to you. Express delivery may be chosen at the checkout page. The delivery time may vary depending on your location. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking information. In rare cases, if an item is out of stock or unavailable we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated shipping date. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations if it has already been processed for shipping. Cancelled orders may incur a handling fee. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Our Express orders will be prioritised for processing and will be dispatched ahead of orders placed with standard shipping methods. Express Shipping is available for all items and destinations. Some restrictions may apply based on the product and delivery location. We use reputable carriers to provide expedited delivery. Express Shipping typically ensures delivery within 1-2 business days, depending on your location. The cost for Express Shipping is $15-$35 depending on your state, postcode and item ordered. Small items are $15-$17 and heavy items are $25-$35. The cost is added at checkout. There is also an Insurance cost of $4.95 added at checkout for your peace of mind. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays.

Product Compatibility Policy

1. Vehicle Compatibility & Registration Checks

Oz Cool Auto may provide compatibility assistance by checking vehicle registration details or part numbers supplied by the customer using third-party catalogues, supplier databases, and industry-standard systems. However, Oz Cool Auto does not guarantee the accuracy of these systems and cannot warrant that parts identified through registration searches, database results, or compatibility suggestions will be correct for your specific vehicle. Vehicles may have multiple variations within the same model, including differences in engine type, build date, VIN range, clutch vs non-clutch compressors, control valve variations and electrical configurations. Many parts may appear visually similar while having critical functional differences. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to: Confirm full vehicle specifications prior to ordering, carefully compare product images and descriptions, verify part numbers where applicable with and to confirm compatibility with a qualified mechanic or AC technician. Oz Cool Auto will not be held liable for incorrect purchases resulting from inaccurate registration searches, third-party database errors, customer-supplied information or system-generated compatibility suggestions. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges they have independently confirmed suitability of the product.

2. Electrical Components

Certain products sold by Oz Cool Auto are classified as electrical components. Due to the sensitive nature of electrical parts, returns/refunds will not be accepted for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or compatibility errors. Electrical components that have been installed, connected, powered, or used are not eligible for return. Customers must ensure correct fitment prior to purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with their statutory rights.
