Same Business Day Free Shipping
At Oz Cool Auto, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience, which includes fast and reliable shipping. We are pleased to offer Same Business Day, Free Shipping on all orders placed by 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday.
How It Works
- Eligibility: To qualify for same business day free shipping, your order must be placed by 1:00 PM local time on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Processing: Orders received by the cut off time will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Shipping Method: All eligible orders will be shipped using our standard shipping method at no cost to you. The delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking information.

- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays in delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Express Shipping Policy
At Oz Cool Auto, we understand that sometimes you need your orders faster. That’s why we offer an Express Shipping option to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible.
Express Shipping Details
- Eligibility: Express Shipping is available for most items and destinations. Some restrictions may apply based on the product and delivery location.
- Order Cut off Time: To qualify for same day processing with Express Shipping, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Method: We use reputable carriers to provide expedited delivery. Express Shipping typically ensures delivery within 1-2 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Costs: The cost for Express Shipping is $15 and added at checkout.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns
The item can be returned for a refund as long as the item is in its original packaging and in a new, unused condition. We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please let us know before returning a product so we can assist you with the return. When returning please include your order number, full name, item code and contact details. Please also send us the tracking number so we can track it.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item and also pay for the return shipping. Items can be returned via Australia post or any courier the client chooses to use.
Important Points:
- There will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returns
- If the item is damaged no refund will be issued
- If the item has been wrongly fitted no refunds will be issued
- If the item is unopened and in its original packaging, no restocking fee will be charged and a full refund will be given.
Customers will be refunded into the original account or payment method that was used to purchase the item with.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items MUST be returned in the original packaging and in original condition/unused, otherwise no refund or credit will be given.
